Method
- Toss the chicken with the soy and cornflour.
- Stir-fry the chicken in the oil for 5 minutes. Remove.
- Stir-fry the onion, carrot, mushrooms and bamboo shoots for 3 minutes.
- Add the beansprouts, chicken, oyster sauce and stock and toss for 2 minutes.
