Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan. Toss the tomatoes with the oil and garlic and roast for 20–25 minutes.
  2. Put the burrata on a plate and spoon the warm tomatoes and juices around it.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic, scatter with basil and season.
