Method

  1. Fry the pork in the oil until crispy. Add 1 tbsp soy.
  2. Mix the sesame paste, chilli oil, soy, vinegar and Sichuan pepper in the bottom of 4 bowls.
  3. Cook the noodles and pak choi. Add a splash of noodle water to each bowl.
  4. Add the noodles and pak choi, top with pork and spring onions.
