Method

  1. Put the fish on a plate and scatter with half the ginger.
  2. Steam for 8–10 minutes until cooked.
  3. Scatter with the rest of the ginger and spring onions and pour over the soy.
  4. Heat the oil until smoking and pour over the fish.
